The Repair Information Tracking and Accounting System (R.I.T.A.)

It is a sophisticated application that can be grouped in 5 major areas that cover the entire repair process.

These areas are:

Orders: creating new orders and opening existent orders.

Support: every thing that is needed to accomplish each order.

Assignments: the process of assigning orders to technicians.

Accounting: keep track of every economic transaction performed

by the system.
